If you are going afloat on a board or a boat always wear a suitable
lifejacket or bouyancy aid.
- Make sure you ask the adult you are with to check you have the
right safety gear
- If you're going
to try surfing we recommend you visit a lifeguarded beach and have some lessons before you go out on
the water.
