This was created in Microsoft Excel 2002 and contains macros which sort and select the data which have to be enabled to take advantage of the full functionality of this spreadsheet. Each M Notice has detail of it's type, number, distribution, title, date published, current status and MCA branch responsible. If applicable it also shows any associated M Notice, with a link to it, the date it was cancelled or superseded and the M Notice that replaces it, again with a link to it. These are the pre-defined searches/filters which can be applied either individually or in combination. When selecting either a date or a free format text item you need to enter your choice and enter before running the search by 'pressing' the button. Users can apply their own filters to any of the details to help locate specific M Notice(s), again in combination or singularly. The spreadsheet has the ability to refresh the data so that all the filters previously applied are removed. A user-friendly printable copy is available but please beware that if no user selection is made then this will be over 80 pages.
