AMENDMENTS TO IMO MANDATORY INSTRUMENTS
LIST OF AMENDMENTS TO MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS AGREED AT THE IMO (Revised 12-02-2010)

The following table informs industry of decisions taken at the International Maritime Organization (IMO) which impact on internationally agreed mandatory regulations and Codes. It provides a list, in alphabetical order, of the amendments to IMO mandatory provisions that will enter into force on or after the revision date above.

New mandatory requirements for which an application date is not yet known, because the entry into force provisions have not, to date, been met e.g. the International Convention for the Control and Management of Ships' Ballast Water and Sediments, 2004; are not listed in this Table.

Details of new, or changes to existing, Mandatory Routeing and Reporting measures outside of UK waters are not included in this Table.
