The vessel was released on 19th May for a single voyage to a repair yard in China but was subject to a Refusal of Access Order ( Banning the vessel from UK and other EU Ports) under the Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control on the grounds of its detention history. The order will be lifted when the vessel's owners can demonstrate to the MCA that it is fully compliant with relevant international maritime safety conventions.
