Sea Smart Storytelling In Libraries We are teaming up with libraries across the UK to educate children about sea and beach safety messages through story telling. The storytelling pack is available for download by following the link at the bottom of the page. As part of a major accident prevention initiative, Coastguards are launching a Sea Smart story telling initiative in libraries. This free pack is available for libraries to use in mother and toddler groups and story telling sessions over the summer. As well as a short story, the pack also includes details of how to order free resources including wristbands and leaflets. Ten Sea Smart goody bags are available to the first ten libraries to download the pack from the website. Each goody bag contains:
The selected libraries will also receive a Coastguard teddy bear, who could be used as a prize on your storytelling day, or even as a permanent resident in your children's section!
