Don't Drink and Drown

The MCA over the summer periods hand out various promotional material including beer mats to promote that the sea and alcohol don;t mix well. It is designed to let people know the dangers of walking near cliff edges after drinking as well the dangers of sea activities whilst under the infulence of alcohol.
