MCA’s Consultancy Programme aims to:

• Deal with a time-limited piece of work for which no expertise exists within the Agency, or for which expertise is currently not available. Consultancy work aims to improve efficiency, customer service, targeting and meeting of demand, objectivity of approach etc. The results may not be published, but are made known within to the Agency.
