Shipping Survey and Inspection

Background

This questionnaire began in October 2004 and is designed to provide us with ongoing feedback about our Ship Survey and Inspection services. Our marine Surveyors are issued with stocks of paper questionnaires which they hand out to the customer on the ship as they complete each Ship Survey or Inspection.

Methodology

Results are collected from our three regions which make up the UK; Wales and the West of England, Eastern England, and Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Results

Results are collected on an annual basis since April 07. Wwe are very pleased to have received very high ratings; and both Ship Survey and Inspection questionnaires that have consistently achieved over 90% customer satisfaction. The majority of the comments we received have indicated positive experiences, and we are looking at the other comments to see if any action can be taken.
