Registry of Shipping and Seamen Background This is the first questionnaire to be produced for our offices in Cardiff who deal with aspects such as issuing British Seamen cards, discharge books, revalidating certificates and the registration of fishing, small ships, and Part 1 pleasure vessels. Methodology Paper and electronic questionnaires are sent to all applicants of the above mentioned services from our Cardiff office. Results The latest set of results in March 08 revealed an overall satisfaction rate of 89% for our services at the Registry of Shipping and Seamen.
