RACE EQUALITY SCHEME ACTION PLAN FOR SERVICE DELIVERY Race Equality Scheme Action Plan for Service Delivery The Agency has produced its action plan for the period 2005 – 2008 as part of the Department of Transport’s Race Equality Scheme. The Department’s scheme can be located using the following link: We recognise the importance of understanding how race equality and diversity impacts on the work that we do, and are pleased with the progress we have made against the action plan developed for 2003-2005. This new action plan will help us further develop our services and accessibility to all sectors of the community, reflecting the diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds of the people we come into contact with on a daily basis.
