We have a Competency Based Recruitment and Selection process based on Role Profiles
Nationality. Roles are open to UK nationals, other Commonwealth citizens, British protected persons, and nationals of states of the European Economic Area and certain members of their families. Commonwealth citizens must be free from any restrictions to reside and take up employment in the UK. If you need any further information, please contact the Recruitment Team.
Dress Code. Cultural or religious dress will be accommodated for all staff who take up posts within the Agency, including those in uniformed positions.
Medical Standards. These will vary dependant on the role applied for. Where standards apply full details will be given in the Role Profile, advertisement and associated documentation.
Successful external candidates will be subject to Pre-employment Checks covering nationality, health, references etc, before an appointment is formally offered.
We take our responsibilities under Data Protection legislation seriously; these require us to explain how the data provided on the application form, and how personal data, which may be created in connection with an application, may be used. Any data provided by applicants or any third party, such as referees, will be used in connection with an applicants application only. Access to this data will be restricted to those responsible for recruitment. Personal data relating to applications will be kept in secure conditions for up to three years.
